Hi all,

My daily to-do list is getting out of control, and i need to get it
organised!

Does anyone have a template of a database for task management? Or know of
any good ones?

It's for my personal use and modification,

I sell a little account based CRM template that handles Activity management
(to dos, phone calls, emails, meetings etc...). A little simplier but very
similar to Microsoft CRM.

I also have a nice contact based Access2007 version I usually give to my
customers (It's similar to the one I sell however contact based instead of
customer based, but a little nicer if you are using Access2007). Customized
Ribbon and takes advantage of some Access2007 improvments to the interface.

I also have a free template for Access2007 (it's not that good but I was
going to upload it to Microsoft's site), however after 8 tries and working
with Microsoft people so far I have found it impossible to get a template
onto Microsoft's site. This one doesn't have any code so it doesn't have
that much functionality. The other CRM template for Access2007 took me a
few weeks to write so much more robust.

Check it out at http://www.rptsoftware.com

You can also find the link to Microsoft's templates right on my site in the
links section.

Have you considered Microsoft Outlook? It has a pretty nice system for
both appointments and tasks.

Hi Tom,

I use Outlook at the moment, and do quite like it, but it's getting a bit
limited for me - especially the printing side of it. I want to be able to
print my tasks with dated comments and progress updates against them and
haven't been able to. The way i work also means i don't always have access
to my Outlook account, whereas i always have my USB on me.
