when im press ctrl-alt delete and select task manager, it
pops up but its missing things. It doesnt have the window
header (the blue bar) and it doesnt have any other tabs
such as processes and networking. The only thing it has
is the processes but it doesnt have the tab header to say
that it is the processes. hope i havent confused people.
