Task Manager

I don't know why but the Task Manager is desactivated.
If I make CTRL-ALT-DEL the system tell me that the
administrater desactivate the Task Manager??????

I went to the administrater tools, on services icone but
I do not find where is the Task Manager...

What can I do

Hi Suzzane..
it sometimes does happen via fidling or unknowingly some
programs do get disabled under limited or non admin
logins. Youll have to dirty reinstall ..thats it..

Run the edit on line 275. It will remove the restriction.
