When I press "cntrl, alt, delete" a block comes up saying task manager has
been disabled by the administrator. I havent done anything, but Im not sure
how to fix it.
And, on my start menu where it used to say "log off" and "turn pc off" ; the
"turn pc off" button is gone. why and how do i get these problems resolved?

ugh... i did each one of those.. i dont have all the files it says to go to.
ie, "REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
/v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f" i can only get to CurrentVersion; i
dont have policies or system. DOS tries to pop up, but it disappears.
