task manager is messin up!

everytime i press ctrl+alt+del the task manager comes up,
then closes in about 3 seconds by itself. if anyone knows
whats wrong please e-mail me @ (e-mail address removed)

Most likely a software issue, have you installed any new
programs or application lately? Also could be a virus....I
would suggest you scan your system.
