Matt

When I try to open my task manager (ctrl+Alt+Del) I get a
message that reads that the task manager has been disabled
by the administrator (I am the admin) I need to know how
to enable so that I can use it.

Help Me Please!

reboot and log in as administrator on the login screen (actually type in
administrator) and see what you can do.
You should'nt run XP or any OS actually, as administrator unless you
actually are doing administrative work. You should have another general
user login for normal computing.

Ouch Kelly. That was a bit nasty. No he or she doesn't need to use the newsreader method of accessing these NG's at all. They simply need to learn how to find their previous posts and use the search functions. I certainly don't use a newsreader as I find them somewhat limited and as Outlook or Outlook Express are the main default ones somewhat out dated. I much prefer anonymity, if I so desire, and you don't have that with a newsreader like Outlook. {:~)

1. It wasn't and if you knew how 'many' posts never get replies from CDO,
thus creates repeats and repeats, then you would have responded the same.

2. I have my reasons for using OE and honestly I don't need anything else
or more.

3. "I much prefer anonymity" - Why is this? Either way, doesn't matter, I
don't.

You can certainly maintain the same anonymity using Outlook Express or
Agent 2.0 as I'm using. Same goes for disguising an E-Mail return
address. You may know how to use the CDO and perform a proper search
but most people don't.
