Task Manager Heading

When I open the Task manager, no matter how I try to open it, all I see are
the "Image name", User name", "CPU", "Mem Usage", the list of process and
the "End Process" buttons. I have lost the Title Bar and tabs at the top of
the window. So, when I try to use Task Manager I only can end a process and I
can not see the programs to ens. Any ideas on how to get the rest of the Task
Manager?--

If sounds as if you have Task Manager running in "Tiny
footprint mode".Double click the border to restore it to its
original appearance.

Why is part of my Task Manager gone?

Good luck
