Task Manager And Regedit Immediatley closes

I installed a program called Tweak XP, much like Tweak UI
I've found and it had an option to lock out the windows
Task Manager. I found the program quite useless and un-
installed it but now the task manager is still locked,
along with regedit. They will both open for a quick
second then immediatley close. I've followed some
instructions on how to bring back the task manager but
nothing helps. Any help here would be aprreciated. Task
Manager and RegEdit are 2 pretty key programs when using
Windows XP.

Just install Tweak XP again and undo the changes you made.
