Task bar resets

Every time I reboot quick launch and desktop disapear from my task bar.
The toolbar on any window I open is set back to "Folders" .
How can I get these to stay as I put them?

Hi Collins,

See if repairing the Taskbar settings help. You can customize it again after
a reboot.

Repair the Taskbar manually. See David's post here:
