Task Bar notification

I have updated version, on win2k updated
I have schedule set for every seven days, however other than the day its
run, Defender shows in the task bar and on opening there is a notification
re reccommended every day. - I dont need to run it every day, it rarely
finds anything anyway.
On the kids PC its scheduled every day, so it doesnt appear on the task bar
excepting when its found something - obviously fairly often
Its an irritating nag

This is acknowledged as a bug by Microsoft. See Plun's message in
..announcements about a new build available--this could be among the
fixes--haven't checked.

Maybe it´s better that you announced it in all groups.

To reset all "challenges" to zero again.

Or if anyone from MS maybe can announce it ?

Download, run it, then double check spynet membership (reset to basic or
lower) and all options settings.

Then I guess let it sit 3 days and see!
