Task Assignment

I just sent a task assignment to some co-workers and they are unable to open
the task. They are told that they "Can't open item. The property does not
exist. The field you want to modify is not valid for this type of item."
They cannot accept, delete, move or anything else to this task. It's stuck
in the Inbox.

I completed the following information when I created the task: Subject, Due
date, Start date, Status, Priority, Reminder and selected a category.

Is there anyone that can shed some light as to what happened and help me get
the items corrected and processed? Thank you in advance.

what version of outlook are you using and what version are your coworkers
using?

I have 2003, another has XP and the other 3 have 2000 - I have in the past
not had any problems, this just started but I don't recall any changes to
have caused this. I sent a test task request to another co-worker with the
same version as I and still received the same error. My guess is there is
something wrong with my Outlook. But what it is, I have not clue. Thanks
for any help you can provide.

Outlook task errors

I know this was posted a very long time ago, but if you guys are still out there... did you ever figure out what happened to cause this? We've recently had this start happening to us and I cannot track down the issue for the life of me!
