Target frame settings

When creating a hyperlink, then using target frame button, then choosing
"target setting" as _blank for example, are there any other settings that I
can place in this box. I would like to be able to control the size, toolbar
settings, menu settings etc of the target frame.

No, you would have to use JavaScript to generate a popup window. FP only allow you to create the
basic HTML tags.
