Take all comments boxes out of document & place on change page?

I'd like to have WORD take all comment boxes out of a document and compile
them onto a single page to document the changes and comments made.

Use a macro containing the following code:

Dim acomment As Comment
Set Source = ActiveDocument
Set Target = Documents.Add
For Each acomment In Source.Comments
With acomment
