Table or Cell Shadow Effect

Hello. How do I create a shadow effect on a table or cell? Below is a site
with this (By the way, I didn't design it, just did a quick/random search):

Also, am I using the correct terminology? I can't seem to find anything when
doing a google search.

As always... Thanks!

I opened the site you found and did View Source. I couldn't find any
formatting in the HTML, so the shadow effect must have been produced in an
Image Editor.

yeppers...if you wanna see exactly how it's done just open that example web with FP. It's actually 3 images.

what image editor are you using? you can't do the image creation part within FP.

the easiest way is to create a full image in an image editor (photos or graphics) then slice it up and put it in tables/cells.

there is a free add-in slicer for FP (can't find it now) - but you still need an image editor to create the image.
