Table of Content- The text overruns page numbers

Dear Friends,
I have created a table of contents in Word and I have the following problem:
When the heading is long and it goes to the second line, it overruns the page numbers in the first line. I have tried ruler, but it only changes the page number, not the text.
It would be highly appreciated if someone can help to solve this problem.
Best regards.

You need to set margins and tab stops and paragraph indents in the Paragraph
Style for that level of the ToC itself. The page number's location is determined by the tabs, and you can put its tab stop to the right of
the margin marker. Then the heading will wrap to the next line, and
the second line of the heading will align with the indentation of the
first line (which is set either by a tab stop or by the default interval
between tabs when no stops are set).

After you have one the way you like it, right-click on it, choose Style, and choose "Update ... to match selection."
