Table Cell not Centered Correctly (Too far left)

P

Peter Reaper

I have a table heading style that centers the text within a table cell.

For some reason, Word centers the text as if the left margin of the
table cell were outside the table cell, so that the centered text is too
far to the left. The ruler seems to indicate that the left margin is set
correctly.

The style definition seems to be correct, so I'm not sure what I need to
do to fix this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

In your Outline Numbering, change the number position from Centered to Left.
This has nothing to do with the paragraph alignment, just the number, and
the result is to offset the numbering to the left.
