tabbin through windows

Is there a shortcut that I can tab through the different windows I have open
on my task bar.

For instance, if I had three windows open instead of clicking below to open
each one, can I use a keyboard shortcut.

It would be nice if I was using wordpad to write a script and was trying to
paste from another document like word or firefox whatever.

Is there any keyboard shortcuts????

ALT+ESC (Cycle through items in the order that they had been opened)

ALT+TAB (Switch between the open items)

Strange as it may seem, going to help and support and "keyboard shortcuts"
turned up Alt + Tab to cycle through windows.

Also Alt + Esc to cycle through open windows in the order in which they were
opened.
