Tab in a Tab?

Is it possible to have tabs inside other tabs? I want to have 12 tabs for the
months and then 4 tabs inside of those 12. I would also like to take the
total from the tabs inside and put them on the monthly tab. This is for
simple sales tracking for 4 people. Can anyone help me? I have the 4 tabs I
need all set, now I just need help with the monthly tab. I can email someone
a copy of what I have if it helps.

No, not in the literal sense of it as you put it.
You could always set-up the summary in another sheet

This way, the ensuing discussions

You cannot have worksheets inside worksheets which is what you are asking for.

Could you just assign 4 ranges on each sheet to each of your 4 people?

If using Excel 2003 you could create 4 list ranges on each sheet.

Data>List>Create List

And there is always good old Data>Filter. Either Auto or Advanced.
