sysvol missing entry in registry causing errors

C

Cedric

I'm receiving the following error when running DCDIAG on
my windows 2000 server Domain Controller

Starting test: frssysvol
There are errors after the SYSVOL has been shared.
The SYSVOL can prevent the AD from starting.

I used regedit to check sourcing Sysvol from:

HKey_Local_Machine/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/NtFrs/
Parameters/SysVol

Seeding/

There is no value set (did not see an entry stating Domain
System Volume (SYSVOL share))

How do I fix sysvol??

Is your sysvol shared on your DC ? Can you post more specific errors that
you have in your EventLog ?
