sysvol domain issue

I am getting the below error continuosly on Xp machines. Yet they can access
domain functions, etc. How do I correct this?

I assume you are dom adm rather than just XP owner.
Run netdiag (from the support tools) on each DC and verify
it is not seeing missing DNS records. The domain ldap
locator A records may be missing.
