SysTweak adware removal

The AntiSpyware application did a good job of cleaning my
system but it did not remove the SysTweak adware that has
a pop-up advertising a 'registry cleaner'. How do I
remove this? Can AntiSpyware be updated to find and get
rid of this automatically?

Get HijackThis at:

http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
SCAN and SAVE LOG then send me the log.
