System32 window opens when I start WindowsXP

Whenever I start XP (Professional) a window titled
System32 opens. Can anyone tell me where I need to go to
turn that off??

to Item No. 260. In the right column, click on "System32 Folder Opens
Upon Boot". Download this repair file and then run the repair.
