System32 Folder Opens on Startup

Whenever I startup windows, the System32 folder opens up
on my desktop. Best I can tell, it just started happening
one day for reasons unknown to me. I have looked in all
the places that I am aware of to try to find what is
launching this at startup. Can't find it. Any ideas?

I'm also facing the same problem with the SYSTEM32 folder.
It's autometically pop up when I loging to windows XP.

I have tried the solution of Jones , but no luck

Try system Restore to a date/time before issue started.
Start/All Programs/Accessories/system Tools/System Restore
