System32.exe file

I have received the error:

Cannot find the file 'C:\WINNT\System32\System32.exe' (or
one of its components.

How can I recover this file either from the W2k Disk or
download from the net or other?

That should be "how can I recover from this Trojan".
Several Trojans create system32.exe (which is not a W2K file)
Search A-V vendor sites for more and/or run an A-Trojan scan.
