system won't boot up after system restore procedure

I just did a system restore in my computer and the computer shows the
windowns screen but keeps shutting down afetr that screen. Not even any safe
mode option is working. Please help! I have the restore CD, but I don't want
to loose my files and I haven't backed up.

Please Help!
