System wide Security settings

How/where can you set systemwide security so that MS Spyware doesn't ask
permission to change things when you switch users. I have Media Center 2004
and service pack 2. I have several accounts on my computer for other users
which
have basically no rights.

I'm afraid this isn't possible with beta1.

Beta1 also doesn't do well (i.e. the prompts you mention) with either
multiple users or limited users.

This should be better with beta2, but I can't predict when beta2 will be
available--sometime in the first half of this year is the most conservative
estimate Microsoft staff have stated publicly.
