System Volume Restore Folder

My anti virus program found and caught a trojan horse it
cleaned it up to a point. I am still getting an alarm
that it is in "System Volume Restore Folder". Have tried
to access this folder through Help with no sucess. Any
suggestions?

Bruce, click MyComputer>rt click on Drive Icon>Select Properties>Disk
Cleanup>More Options>System Restore-Cleanup. Say Yes,Ok to all.
