System Volume Information

I carried out a defragmentation on my partition and got the report about
some of the files inside the folder 'System Volume Information' cannot be
defragmented.
Why?

Not all files / folders can be defragmented by the build in defragger. Some
system files/folders are excluded and even if they are not, if they are in
use it won't be defragmented. The SVI folder is a super hidden system
folder that contains the system restore points. They are not used during
normal operations unless you restore to it. So it doesn't matter if it is
fragmented since rapid reads of the data in this folder is not needed, so
don't worry about it.
