You haven't mentioned the way you deploy your image on target device but it
will probably ether direct coping the runtime directories to the target
storage (CF, hard disk, etc.) or deploying through SDI file, ghost or etc.
There are other methods but those are most popular.
Anyway.. did you happen to image your entire source drive? If so, on your
source drive you should have "System Volume Information" system directory
and it might get copied to your runtime image. To avoid such, use a RAM disk
or SDI Loader disk as you source that doesn't have these directories.
