System stops every night

I am running a W2K server that is hosting several
websites on IIS. DNS server is also running on this
machine.

It seems that at some point during the night, it stops
serving up both email and web pages, until I restart the
computer. Then the next night, it happens again. I
can't see anything in the event logs that would indicate
why this would be happening.

Anyone have any ideas or have you had similar instances?
What would cause this? How can I find out?

What are you seeing in the event viewer? Do you perhaps have antivirus tools
that run at night?

The only thing I see is that MySQL couldn't start correctly. I had
uninstalled it a few days ago, and now I get that error message in the event
viewer and have been having this problem with the server itself.
