system shutting down when connecting to the internet through outlook

I am being shut down when using outlook. It wasn't doing it last time I
used the computer and I restored back to the previous time I used it and it
hasn't resolved the problem. Any ideas

The message says:
"This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log
off.Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

Message
Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service
terminated unexpectedly"
