System Shutdown

Lately, when I've been on the internet, I will get this message

System Shutdown
Initiated by NT Authority\System
(IT now has a countdown of when it will shutdown)
Message-
Windows must now restart Remote Procedure Call, Service Terminated unexpectedly

Then it goes on to shut down the computer, this only happens when I'm online, Is there some setting to change, or what does this message mean? Please email me at (e-mail address removed) Thanks!
