system shut down

have just installed wireless usb device on a laptop running windows XP with
service pack 1. Link to access point is very good, internet accesss works,
but after 1 or 2 minutes window opens saying "NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM
C:/WINDOWS/System32/lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code
1073741819, system will shut down in 60 seconds and restart" windows then
shuts down, restarts, and repeats this process.

Thanks for your reply. I went to the sight, followed your instructions, at
"download line one" I didn't see what to do; nothing came up on screen, was
this supposed to come from the internet? I can't keep the computer on line
long enough to download anything. Should I download with another machine? I
tried to "search" for the worm but it wasn't found. Not sure how to proceed
from here.

Hi

You need to go to a command prompt and type:

shutdown -a

that will stop the PC shutting down. Then you can clean your system.

when i do this my pc freezes
