SYSTEM SCHEDULER SETTINGS

I have set up a scheduled task to run every 5 minutes to ping a specific IP
address. I have set the task to only start if the system has been idle for
1 minute. Even with this setting, the task runs while I am working in
another program. Is this a scheduler bug?

Idle means not moving mouse or pressing keys, and minimal drive
activity(<10%). Are you "idle" for 1 minute?
