System Restore

I installed an updated program that was good in the pass. When I ran the program it did some strange things and the System, windowsXP home, shutdown, I when on reboot to do a System Restore but all my restore points were gone. If I make a restore point on other reboots they are not saved. What can one do the fix problems in the System Restore?

What's the program? Have you uninstalled it to see the effect? See MVP
