System Restore

I am running Windows XP Home and wanted to restore to a previous date.

When running restore it has lost all previous restore points, any
suggestions would be gratefully recieved.

Martyn you can create your own restore point, when you go into system restore
there are actually two options go to a previous restore point or create your
own. Just click create your own restore point and type in the day, date, and
time you would like to restore to, such as: Monday November 16, 2004 8:00
a.m. and it should restore to that point when you go through the rest of the
steps.
