System Restore icon gone

Hi,
I have XP Pro/Office 2003.
I used to have an icon for system restore in
start/programs/accesories/system tools.
It's gone.
I did a search for system restore. Nothing.
I know it can be accessed through help/support, but
how can I get the icon back, so I can put it on my desktop like I had it
before?

You can put an icon for SR on your Desktop with the following command in a shortcut:

%systemroot%\system32\Restore\rstrui.exe
