System Restore HELP!!!

The system restore page is blank. I have tried
reseaching options and fixes and all that I can figure
out that is left to do has to do with the System volume
Information folder....... there is no "_retore{558C94FD-
3C7F-4954-A02D-26679E6D849E}" folder. Is this my problem
and if it is how do I correct the issue??

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Look and see if it has been disabled.
Right click My Computer>Properties>System Restore>make sure the box is
checked

Already been there...... none of window shows, not just
the calendar. I followed the suggestions anyway and
nothing. Would this have anything to do with scripting?
