system process take 50% of CPU time

Help!

My computer's system process always take 50% of CPU time, almost can not do
anything with that computer, it is a windows XP pro, anybody has the similiar
issue? what should I do to fix the problem?

As for Adware app that the gent is talking about, I would suggest you make
your own choice about that type of software...i have seen some fake adware
remover...so be very careful...personally i use spybot 1.4 and love it
