How do I configure the 2k server to sync from External
time source using the net command?

net time /setsntp:192.5.41.209

or any other ntp source of your choosing
(192.5.41.209 = ntp2.usno.navy.mil)

NET TIME

But if net time /? is thin, use
NET HELP TIME
for more.
Firewalls or other may be blocking the ports by default...
