Perform these steps to fix this issue:
* Click Start, choose Run and type "services.msc" (with
out quotations) and click OK.
* Scroll down to "Windows Management Instrumentation" and
make sure the Service is set to Automatic.
Additionally, perform these steps to clear prior
WMI/resyncperf information from the registry:
* click Start, choose Run, type "CMD" with out quotations
and click OK.
* In the corresponding window, type below command and
press enter key:
winmgmt /clearadap
Also, type the second below command and press enter key:
winmgmt /resyncperf
Now, perform these steps to launch system information:
* click Start, choose Run, type "winmsd" (with out
quotations) and click OK.
Alternatively, perform these steps to launch system
information:
* click Start, choose Run, type below command (exactly as
written) and click OK.
msinfo32 /categories +all -loadedmodules
Hopefully u won't have to go farther, HTH..

I am unable to access system information I have an error
which states : Cant Collect information : Cannot access
the Windows Management Instrumentation software, Windows
management files may be moved or missing. Could someone
