How can registry lock the folders system and system32 for explorer and some
instalations (any instalation that tries to write inside that folders
receive a error message that refering copy failed replace or locate the
files and the original files are there).
If i type on address bat the locations - c:\winnt\system or
c:\winnt\system32 - i get an error message.
On a Line command dos box i can get it typing cd c:\winnt\system or
c:\winnt\system32 and list their contents with no problem.
If i replace the registry with fresh second instalation files the problem is
gone.
Any ideia ???
