I have inadvertantly deleted asp.net system administrator while having myself as a limited user, this now means i have no way of reloading win xp as there are no other system admins on my machine (stupid mistake) can anyone help please.

There's always a hidden administration account for these cases.
Boot in safe mode (Pressing F8 repeatedly while booting) and enter the
administration account, with the password used while installing XP,
which in many cases may be left blank.
Create then an account with administrative privileges for maintenance.
