System Administrator Disable the Account!!!

What if this will happen?
All accounts cannot be log in!
All User Account and Incuding the Administrator account has been
disabled.....
please help here

You do not mention the involved OS.

Try logging in with the built-in Administrator account in a
safe mode boot, and once in revert the disabling. Note
that the built-in adminsitrator account may no longer be
named "Administrator".

I believe at least one of the Windows password reset boot disks out there
may also be able to re-enable disabled accounts. Try the first one on this
list first:
