This is what Dell Support wrote me. However, when I used msconfig, there is
no "L:/ENG" there. Instead there are two windows 32 boxes that I unchecked.
When I rebooted the computer, it told me that I have changed the
configuration and to re-start it using normal re-start. I did. When I
rebooted,
system 32 folder no longer appears.
Dell Support: Ans:
Go to Start-->Run
Type in msconfig in the entry field of the run dialog box and click OK. When
the msconfig window opens, click on the startup items tab (far right tab at
top of window). Look for an entry that starts with "L:/ENG". Uncheck the box
next to this entry.
Then close out the msconfig window and reboot the system.
On the reboot, you will get a message window that says you have changed the
startup. There will be a checkbox at the bottom of this message window that
mentions "not showing this message". Check that box and then click the OK
button.
