System 32 folder

I have just reciently re-installed my XP operating system and after several
bootups, the system 32 folder is displaying automaticly when I log into my
profile...

Any ideas on what is the cause or how to make it stop?

Hi Youger123,
This is due to a dodgy registry entry, the following is a link to a
Microsoft knowledgebase article which contains all the details for
correcting it.

Back up the registry before editing, changes are immediate.

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."
