system 32 at start up

whenever i start up my computer the folder system 32
comes up right away and really slows down the start up
time. how do i make it stop popping up? it never did
that until about a month ago

i went to this website and downloaded it like it said to,
but it says when its finished, "The script cannot repair
your issue. The expected Registry value was not found"
