Sysprep on Dell OEM installs with individual licenses

Hello all

I would like to use sysprep and then ghost to image the 33 new Dell's i have. I've done some reading and found that it is not possible as the OEM's are pre-activiated and that a volume license is the way to go. But how? The boxes are preloaded/preconfigured. Am I going to have to install XP from scratch and then use a volume license? Why can't sysprep configure the system to prompt for the serial with each new image install/start-up? Is it possible to send in my 33 licenses in trade for a 33 user volume license? Where can I go to find such information

Thank yo

Volume licensing is another plan from MS. With this, your XP licenses do
not have to be "activated"

You can not "trade-in" the 33 DELL OEM licenses.
