sysprep 2 question...

I'm trying to understand how the "Don't reset grace period for activation"
option works.

I setup a PC with Win XP, activated Windows, ran sysprep with the box
checked, when I restrated the PC and it told me I had to activate windows.
What's the deal?

When I first activated the PC I choose to activate only, I didn't register
it at that point, is this making a difference?

Anyone out there see what I'm missing?

hey it a MS product

Your better off activating it if you a legit copy

then if run into problems then complain or get a
suggestion from here.
