My advice would be to continue to post responses in that thread. Just
because the first responses didn't work for you doesn't mean they can't
help. That group is a more appropriate group for this type of issue and
question.

I assume you mean you answered "No" with regard to the responses to your
post being helpful. That will guide others who read the thread.

Let me see if I can dig in here a bit. First, if this is a relatively
recent issue, try using System Restore to take your system back to a time
prior to when this began. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System
Tools\System Restore.

If that doesn't resolve it, make sure your antivirus software is up to date
and run a virus scan on your system and check for any possible malware on
your system, download, install and run Ad Aware:
www.lavasoftusa.com

Assuming your system is clean of any viruses or malware, SysFader would seem
to be something to do with your Soundcard. First, open Control Panel, open
System, go to the Hardware tab, click the Device Manager button and check
for any red or yellow warnings next to any of the listed devices. If you
see any, you should try to reinstall the drivers for the specified device
and if that doesn't resolve it, go to the device manufacturer's website and
check for the latest XP compatible drivers for that device.

If you see no red or yellow warnings, I'd try the above procedure with your
soundcard. Try reinstalling its drivers and if that fails to resolve it, go
to the soundcard manufacturer's website, make note of their installation
instructions and download and install the latest XP drivers for your
soundcard.

That said, sysfader may be related to the Musicmatch issue. You should be
able to rectify the Musicmatch error by simply reinstalling Musicmatch.
